Ingredienti ricetta:
4 Fette - Filetto Di Manzo
40 grammi - Burro
2 Bicchierini - Sherry Secco

Preparazione ricetta:
Salate le bistecche e cospargetele di pepe. In un tegame fate sciogliere metą burro adagiatevi la carne, cuocetela un minuto per parte, toglietela dal recipiente e tenetela da parte al caldo. Nel sugo di cottura versate lo sherry, fate scaldare, aggiungete il restante burro, mescolate e versate sulle bistecche. Servitele ben calde.
